Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

1.1 Standard Shipping

• India: 5–7 working days
• International: 15–21 working days
• Cost: Free for direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders above ₹5,000. B2B orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

1.2 Express Shipping

• India: 2–3 working days
• International: 7–10 working days
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location.

2. Important Shipping Information

• These delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date.
• Delays can happen because of weather, natural disasters, holidays, or customs inspections.
• Once we hand your order to the courier, the risk of transit loss or damage passes to you. Shipping insurance can be selected at checkout for added protection.

3. Your Shipping Address

• You must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address.
• If your address is incorrect and we cannot deliver your order, we are not responsible.
• Please check your address details carefully before making payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

• When your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's transit.
• If your tracking number is not active, please contact us at arcisi.trade@gmail.com.

5. Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect your package immediately when it arrives. If it shows signs of damage, please take photos before opening it.
• If you do not receive your order, you must notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to assist you.

6. International Orders

• You are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your country.
• ARCISI does not calculate or cover these additional charges.
• Customs clearance delays are out of ARCISI's control and do not constitute ground for order cancellation.

7. Restricted Items

Some countries restrict or require special documentation for certain natural textiles. We will notify you before processing your order if we are unable to ship to your country.
